Bringing Music into the Heart of the Community

Haslemere Concerts is dedicated to enriching community life through music, education, and charitable support. Alongside our Saturday Evening Subscription Series, we provide shorter, daytime concerts accessible to the whole community

Lunchtime concerts at St Christopher’s Church

In November, we bring the same top musical standard of performance to a more informal programme and a wider range of chamber instruments. The concerts in 2026, at St Christopher’s Church, Haslemere, are priced at just £10.

The November 2026 series includes an innovative combination of cello and classical guitar, a piano re-imagining of some famous keyboard compositions, and a performance by two of the finest young prize winning musicians playing violin and piano.

These concerts are of particular interest to those for whom the evening concerts are not convenient.

Haslemere Concerts has been committed to music education since 1997. What began as a small initiative has grown into an important annual programme designed to introduce young people to the excitement and creativity of live classical performance.

Today, the programme includes:

  • An annual in-school concert at Woolmer Hill School, Haslemere
  • Access to all the local primary schools to the autumn series of lunch time concerts
  • Free access for the under 21’s to all concerts organised by Haslemere Concerts

Our outreach concerts give students the opportunity to hear professional musicians perform at close hand, helping to inspire creativity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation of music.

Young people under 21 get free admission to all our concerts.
